Each PT Session Is Focused On You.
At Focus on Fitness Personal Training, we start your PT session journey in the gym by evaluating your strengths & weaknesses, talking about your fitness goals, and then tailoring a program for you.
Then we work at this together in your PT sessions. We do this so you are comfortable and know how to train in the gym at other times by yourself. Gyms can be scary if you haven’t been before and don’t know how to use the equipment properly. The training we do and the knowledge you gain will help you train safely by yourself and avoid injuries.
We record what you do each personal training session into my customised app so we can track everything. This means we can see exactly what is working for you and adapt your program over time as you improve your fitness. This keeps the PT sessions interesting as we change programs and exercises as you improve and get fitter and stronger.
